Robin A. Bianco, CPA is proud to be a partner at DesRoches & Company CPAs since 2010.  Robin has more than 30 years of experience in the public accounting industry. She joined DesRoches & Company in 2005. Her practice niches currently include franchises, hospitality, multi-state businesses, small business and individuals.  Her excellent service and business acumen earned the trust of the Melting Pot franchise, and in 2007 she was named the authorized CPA for franchisees in the United States. As a hospitality industry CPA, she stays current on restaurant related software as well as actively supporting favorable restaurant legislation. Her knowledge of restaurant construction and special depreciation rules exclusive to the restaurant industry translates into tax savings for her clients.

Professional & Civic Organizations

Robin believes in giving back to the community by working with those organizations that are committed to furthering the creative culture in Virginia Beach and business growth.  She has served as Treasurer for Virginia Musical Theatre since 2007 working closely with both the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts and Virginia Beach City Council.  Robin also serves on the board of Lady’s Grace/Hampton Hero’s at Home (www.ladysgrace.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the spouses, children, and pets of military families in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. ​

Most recently, her passion for bringing integrative medicine and creative arts therapies to local hospitals led to a board position on The Benjamin Goldberg Foundation.

Robin is an active member of the AICPA, VSCPA and TCVSCPA, Atlantic Avenue Association, the Hampton Roads Estate Planning Council, and The Virginia Beach Restaurant Association.
